Youth Development Program Statewide Admissions

Pediatricians, school social workers, speech therapists, school personnel, church leaders, youth workers or parents may refer a child for the program by calling Children’s Beach House or filling out the form below. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

YDP accepts applications from children who:

• are Delaware residents,

• have a communicative delay or disability,

• have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP), and

• qualify to receive free or reduced school lunches.

YDP serves children ages 7–18, but children must be under the age of 13 when they apply.
